This policy explains what personal information RoxxiStudios™ (RoxxiStudios Design & Marketing, LLC, “we,” “us”) collects through https://roxxistudios.com, our client portal and our software, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It does not cover other websites we link to.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers or health data. Please do not send it to us through our forms.
How we use your information
- Answer questions, book consultations and demos, and prepare proposals
- Provide, bill and support our services: website design, managed WordPress hosting, local SEO, reputation management, social and email marketing, and our software
- Keep the websites we host secure, updated and backed up
- Send emails and text messages you signed up for (unsubscribe anytime with the link in each email, or reply STOP to texts)
- Run, secure and improve our website and products, including fixing errors and preventing fraud and spam
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and protect our rights
Websites we host or manage for clients
When we build, host or manage a website for a client, we process the personal information of that site’s visitors only on the client’s behalf and following their instructions, as their service provider. The client’s own privacy policy explains how that information is used. Questions about a client site should go to the business that owns it.
Cookies, analytics and browser privacy signals
Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, through Google Site Kit) stay off until you agree, and you can change your choice at any time with Your Privacy Choices
at the bottom of every page.
RoxxiStudios™ honors Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. Because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, we rely on GPC and the choices you make in Your Privacy Choices.
How we share your information
RoxxiStudios™ does not sell your personal information or rent customer lists. We share it only as described below.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to message you. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
- Questions and requests: up to 3 years after our last contact
- Client account, billing and support records: while you are a client, then as long as tax and accounting laws require
- Website and software data: while the site or license is active, then up to 12 months
- Email and text lists: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: up to 14 months
Our hosting is SOC 2 Type II certified, the site uses encryption (HTTPS), and we limit access to people and providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you have these rights, and we offer them to everyone:
- Right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy
- Right to correct information that is wrong
- Right to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (such as tax or billing records)
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising (use Your Privacy Choices or a GPC signal)
We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How to make a request
Use our contact form and start your message with “Privacy request,” email support@roxxistudios.com, or call 888-589-1643. We will confirm we received it within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. To protect you, we verify your identity by matching details you give us with our records. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject within 45 days. We will answer within 60 days and explain the outcome. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the California Attorney General.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year. When we change it, we update the date at the top; for significant changes we also post a notice on the site or email our clients.
